If you are in possession of x-rays, pathology test results or any previous reports pertaining to your health please bring these with you on your first visit. These will enable us to gain the most comprehensive history possible of your current health and previous medical history.

We are continually updating and improving our skills, and rest assured we will endeavor to assist you in any way we possibly can. Our commitment is to keep abreast of the latest techniques. During the year we involve ourselves in continuing education training. This leads to the latest state-of-the-art treatment and procedures.

The practitioners at this clinic have undergone arguably the best Acupuncture training in Australia and are committed, full-time Registered Acupuncturists. They are also members of the leading professional organisation of Australia, the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association. Hours of Opening

This practice is open Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. Late appointments are available by appointment. An answering service is available out of hours, and all calls will be returned as soon as possible.

Accounts

Payment is by cash, cheque, eftpos, visa, bankcard or mastercard. All accounts are rendered and payable at the time of consultation, otherwise an account keeping fee is charged. If you do experience any difficulty in paying your account, please advise us so that we may understand you situation and therefore have the opportunity to assist you.

Health Rebates

Most health funds pay a rebate for consultation fees. This rebate depends on your fund and level of cover. Please check with your health fund for rebate details. HICAPS now available.
